International Wine Auction

The 17th Annual PONCHO International Wine Auction, At Play In The Vineyards of the World, was held Saturday, November 10, 2007 at the Sheraton Seattle Hotel.

The PONCHO wine auction is one of the only truly local opportunities for collectors to add rare and unique bottles to their collection and have opportunity to bid on once-in-a-lifetime wine experiences. This year's auction proved to be the most successful wine auction in PONCHO's history. Over $600,000 was raised in support of the arts. To this, we say THANK YOU to all you who made this evening a success. The Auction is made possible through a remarkable volunteer effort on the part of countless people actively and enthusiastically contributing hours of planning and labor over many months' time.

The 2007 wine auction was co-chaired by three amazing women at the forefront of the Washington wine industry: Stacy Lill (DeLille Cellars), Anne-Marie Hedges(Hedges Family Estate), and Kathleen Shoup (Long Shadows Vintners). By blending their wine expertise, passion, and love for the arts, the result was the most succesful night in PONCHO's wine acution history.
