PONCHO and ESCALA Partnership
PONCHO and ESCALA, a luxury high-rise condominium being developed at Fourth and Virginia in downtown Seattle, have formed a unique partnership that brings art to the experience of urban living. As part of PONCHO’s partnership with ESCALA, buyers of ESCALA homes will have access to exclusive arts events, opportunities to meet and interact with local artists and gallery owners and receive invitations to arts education seminars and other PONCHO events.

A number of collaborative projects between PONCHO and ESCALA are scheduled for the next few years that will promote local artists who are contributors to the PONCHO Art Auction. PONCHO will be curating a revolving art exhibition at ESCALA Sales Center when it opens its doors to the public. Artist selections will be announced soon.

“PONCHO is excited to partner with ESCALA in bringing art to life and completing the urban living experience,” said Gordon Hamilton, Executive Director of PONCHO. “With art playing a prominent role in the public spaces and personal homes of downtown’s new residential towers, we’re eager to introduce new residents to Seattle’s vibrant arts community.”
