PONCHO Beneficiary Highlight - Seattle International Children’s Festival
Dear Friends,

One of the best parts of my job is receiving letters like this one. Emma is a local elementary student who was able to attend the Seattle International Children’s Festival because of PONCHO’s support.

Seattle International Children’s Festival (SICF) is just one of our 69 beneficiary organizations we were able to support last year, and received both general operating dollars and arts education support from PONCHO.

The Seattle International Children's Festival is a celebration of world cultures through the performing arts. Its mission is to provide cultural experiences, education and exchange for the children and families of the Pacific Northwest region. SICF features performers from Quebec Canada, Brazil, Mexico, Chad, China, Germany, Japan, Somalia, and the USA. The festival also engages students in art exhibits and educational art activities, including painting, clay modeling, and engaging in cultural games and activities.

Thank you for your ongoing support of PONCHO and the arts community. Thank you for bringing a smile to my face and for enabling PONCHO to provide Emma this fantastic arts experience.

Sincerely,
Gordon Hamilton,
PONCHO Executive Director
